The blade is FRIODUR ice-hardened to 61 Rockwell hardness, providing outstanding hardness, corrosion resistance and flexibility for demanding professional use. The knife features a razor-sharp 19° symmetrical edge, suitable for both left and right-handed users. The ergonomic black Pakka wood handle offers superior comfort and balance, complemented by a steel end cap and decorative pin for a refined finish.
