Free Shipping is available for account customers in metro areas only for all orders over $150 ex GST. Excludes equipment, furniture and customers located in Regional, Country or Remote areas. Please see section 1.3 for information about shipping benchtop and heavy equipment. Items classified as 'Dangerous Goods' may incurr an additional fee and products may arrive separately to the rest of your order.
a) Customers with a trading account:
All orders under the value of $150 ex GST are subject to a shipping fee of $16 ex GST. This excludes benchtop equipment, heavy equipment and furniture which are subject to various shipping charges depending on the location of delivery, weight and cubic size of the product. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries to regional or distanced locations.
b) Customers without a trading account:
All orders are subject to various shipping charges depending on the location of delivery, weight and cubic size of the product. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries to regional or distanced locations.

1.2. STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia.
Orders received before 12 noon local time will generally follow the timeframes below, provided the items are in stock at the allocated distribution centre:
- Capital cities: 24 - 48 hours from order placement
- Regional cities and towns: 1–2 business days from a local distribution centre from order placement
- Remote locations: 2–5 business days from a local distribution centre from order placement

2. CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and collect is available for merchandise that is in stock at the store at the time of order.
3. RETURN OF GOODS
3.1. As a customer, you are entitled to request a refund, repair, replacement or compensation for any drop in the value of the product if there is a major failure in that product. A product will have a major failure if it is
- faulty or unsafe;
- significantly different from the sample or its description; or
- substantially unfit for the purpose for which the product was sold (or purchased if you indicated such a purpose to us at the time of sale).
