Crafted for commercial performance, the Frypan Iron Carbon Steel by Scanpan is made from 2.5 to 3mm gauge carbon steel for fast, even heat distribution. Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, it resists corrosion naturally and is ideal for searing, braising, and high-temperature cooking.

Its riveted stainless steel handle ensures strength and balance on all cooktops, including induction. A durable choice for busy kitchens, offering reliable results every time. Available in 220mm, 260mm, and 300mm sizes.
