It features a 40-litre water capacity and a 7kW Incology 825 heating element, ensuring quick heating and consistent results. The unique pan design, combined with a fine adjustment water faucet for precise filling, offers control over the cooking process. It also includes an integrated water fill and starch skimming faucet for improved cooking efficiency.

Designed for safety and convenience, this pasta cooker includes a safety cut-out thermostat to prevent damage from an empty pan or water boil-out. The unit is equipped with a basket drain stand and six stainless steel pasta baskets, providing everything needed for efficient operation. Adjustable feet and additional rear rollers make it easy to move, while the modular construction ensures versatility in any kitchen setting.
