It features eight high-performance 33 MJ open burners with constant pilot flames and flame failure protection, ensuring safe, consistent heat across all burners. The spacious 40” (1005 mm) fan-forced gas oven delivers even cooking results with efficient airflow distribution.

Crafted with a stainless steel front and sides, the unit also includes a 20 mm thick mild steel griddle plate and reversible heavy-duty cast iron chargrill grates on the left side. Fully welded surrounds offer extra stability for griddle and chargrill use, making the PF840-X a versatile workhorse for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring reliable and flexible performance.
