It has a 7" widescreen display in HD that showcases high-definition visuals for setting timers and temperature. It is protected with a robust glass with a modern design suitable to sit front-of-house. Combining 3 high-speed technologies (Microwave + Convection + Tune Impingement), it can cook 20x faster than conventional ovens. It also ensures uniform browning and crisping for each food or pastry you prepare.

Ideal for cafés, quick-service restaurants, bars, and catering operations, the Merrychef conneX® Speed Oven can prep a variety of food. It allows you to set the temperature range from 100°C to 275°C. The built-in catalytic converter filters grease and odours for a more hygienic kitchen. Made from stainless steel, the oven is easy to clean and sanitise and resists corrosion.
