Validity PeriodGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the card. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.
Non-Redeemable ItemsGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, pay account balances, or for trade or commercial purchases unless approved in writing by Reward Hospitality.
No Cash ValueGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other payment form, except as required by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged CardsReward Hospitality is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, and they will not be replaced or refunded.
Online PurchasesFor online transactions, enter your Gift Card number at checkout. If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, you must pay the balance using another accepted payment method.
Partial RedemptionsIf the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining value will stay on the card until the expiry date.
Fraudulent ActivityReward Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card and/or order suspected of being obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
