Promo code is valid for use online only and limited to one use per account. Promo codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, code, discount or offer.  Offer applies to the cart total excluding GST and is available to eligible customers only. Promo codes must be entered at checkout to qualify for the discount and cannot be split across multiple orders or redeemed for cash or credit. Promotion codes/offers/discounts apply to eligible items only and exclude Equipment and Furniture products. Offers do not apply to previously placed orders.   • General Use
    Gift Cards can be used to purchase eligible products from Reward Hospitality online or in-store (where applicable).

  • Validity Period
    Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the card. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

  • Non-Redeemable Items
    Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, pay account balances, or for trade or commercial purchases unless approved in writing by Reward Hospitality.

  • No Cash Value
    Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other payment form, except as required by law.

  • Balance Enquiries
    You can check your balance by contacting our Customer Service team at 1300 473 927.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
    Reward Hospitality is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, and they will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Online Purchases
    For online transactions, enter your Gift Card number at checkout. If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, you must pay the balance using another accepted payment method.

  • Partial Redemptions
    If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining value will stay on the card until the expiry date.

  • Fraudulent Activity
    Reward Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card and/or order suspected of being obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Amendments
    Reward Hospitality reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
