The Culinaire Vertical Hot Cupboard 2/1 GN CH.VHC.3211 is a heavy-duty, mobile food-holding solution designed for banquet, catering, and large-scale hospitality operations. It is ideal for holding covered plates as well as stacked or bulk hot food stored in gastronorm pans. This vertical hot cupboard uses base-mounted heating elements to deliver gentle, radiant heat. Unlike fan-forced systems, this design helps prevent food from drying out, maintaining quality during service. A removable water tray in the base allows moisture to be introduced to the cabinet, further supporting food integrity during holding.

Supplied in a full-height configuration with seven 2/1 GN chrome wire shelves, each shelf can accommodate up to six 230mm plates. The Culinaire Vertical Hot Cupboard offers excellent holding capacity and is suitable for the storage and transportation of a wide variety of hot food products, provided food is heated above 65°C prior to placement. The unit is also mounted on heavy-duty non-marking swivel castors, including brakes for stability, and is available with multiple door configurations.
