The Culinaire Bain Marie Hot Cupboard Island 4 Bay is a high-performance hot food holding and service unit designed for buffet, cafeteria, and catering environments. This four-module island configuration is supplied with a bain marie hot cupboard, integrated island benchtop, and a fully fitted and wired A-frame heated gantry. The heavy-duty bain marie is suitable for wet or dry operation and holds gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately). A fan-forced heating system ensures fast heat-up times, even heat distribution, and improved energy efficiency.

The welded A-frame gantry incorporates overhead quartz infrared heat lamps, providing both heat and illumination to enhance food presentation. Individual on/off controls allow independent operation of the bain marie and gantry lamps. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish, the Culinaire Bain Marie Hot Cupboard is built for durability, hygiene, and long-term commercial use.
