With capacity for up to 2 x 500 x 500mm standard racks, it doubles washing output while delivering consistent results for glasses, dishes, trays, pots and pans. The Hobart Profi Passthrough Dishwasher combines VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust air heat recovery, drain water heat recovery and AUTO-HOOD LIFT technology. VAPOSTOP-ER helps recover exhaust heat to warm incoming water and is SEED approved for ventless installations in most situations. Drain water heat recovery uses heat from wastewater to further reduce energy consumption, while AUTO-HOOD LIFT closes the hood at the press of a button, starts the cycle and opens automatically once complete. With 60, 90 and 180 second cycles, four specialty cycles, low 1.8L per rack water use, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls and Wi-Fi connectivity, this dishwasher is a smart, efficient and easy-to-use solution.
