With capacity for up to 2 x 500 x 500mm standard racks, it doubles washing output while delivering reliable results for dishes, glassware, trays, pots and pans. The Hobart Profi Passthrough Dishwasher includes VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust air heat recovery, which helps reduce overall energy consumption by using recovered heat to warm incoming water. SEED approved for ventless installations in most situations, it can help reduce the need for a separate exhaust canopy. The AUTO-HOOD LIFT function closes the hood at the press of a button, activates the wash cycle and opens automatically once complete. With 60, 90 and 180 second cycles, four specialty cycles, low 1.8L per rack water use, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls and Wi-Fi connectivity, it is a smart and efficient warewashing solution.
