Trouble logging in with your Secure Link?

If your login link opens in a different browser to the one you used to request it (for example: you requested the link in Chrome but the email opens in Edge), your login may not be successful. This is because Secure Links must be opened in the same browser session they were requested from. If you’re using Outlook, it may automatically open links in your default browser.

Try this:

Copy the Secure Link from your email.  Paste it into the same browser you used to request the login link (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

OR

Update your Outlook link settings:
  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to File → Options → Advanced
  3. Scroll to Link Handling
  4. Change “Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:” to  Default Browser
