With a 5kg flour capacity and an extrusion output of up to 13kg of pasta per hour, the pasta extruder is ideal to venues that need reliable fresh pasta production without a large floor-standing machine. It can be used to create a range of pasta styles, including spaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni and more, depending on the dies selected.

The Bottene Pastra Extruder is designed to be simple to operate and maintain, with a removable auger and mixer that make cleaning easier between production runs. It is supplied with a choice of two four-piece die packs, giving operators flexibility to produce different pasta shapes. A cutter system is also available for producing short pasta varieties.
