Suitable for standalone use or installation with Turbofan E33 Convection Ovens, it provides a practical solution for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering operations and other high-volume foodservice environments. With capacity for 10 x GN 1/1 pans and 74mm tray spacing, the cabinet offers generous holding space within a compact 610mm-wide footprint. A 1600W cabinet heating system works with a low-velocity circulation fan to gently distribute warm air, while the 600W humidification water tank helps maintain controlled humidity levels and reduce product drying.

Electronic humidity tank temperature control supports consistent holding conditions, while the touchscreen interface features an icon-driven program menu for simple operation. Individual shelf timers also allow staff to monitor different batches independently. The Turbofan Holding Cabinet includes an auto-fill water tank system, full double-skin construction and dual interior lamps for improved visibility. A 220–240V 10A plug-in cordset provides straightforward installation.
