The Turbofan Electric Holding Cabinet offers 1200W heating system is supported by electronic temperature control to maintain reliable cabinet conditions. A digital control panel features large, easy-to-read 20mm displays, giving staff clear visibility of temperature and timer settings throughout service. Three individual hold timers also allow multiple batches to be monitored at the same time. Full double-skin construction and a continuous door seal help retain heat, while the 220–240V 10A plug-in connection allows for straightforward installation.
