The Hobart Pass Through Dishwasher 635mm AMXXL is an extra-wide PROFI hood-type dishwasher designed for reliable cleaning of large and bulky kitchenware. Built with an XL wash chamber, it is ideal to bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, production kitchens, and food service venues. The large hood and chamber support flexible washing capacity, including up to 24 plates per rack, up to 8 sheets measuring 600 x 400mm, up to 8 trays measuring 660 x 500mm, or up to 2 x 1/1 GN boxes. VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control combines a colour touchscreen with single-button operation and remaining cycle time display, helping simplify use for staff.

The Hobart Pass Through Dishwasher is designed to support efficient warewashing with SENSO-ACTIVE resource management, intelligent energy management, exhaust energy storage, and the GENIUS-X² fine filter system. The ROTOR-X wash system uses separate rotating upper and lower 4-spoke wash arms to deliver dynamic wash power, while CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms can be removed without tools for easier cleaning. The WASHSMART app also helps operators monitor status, usage, costs, hygiene, service, and consumables.
