Featuring two independently operated 25L pans, this cooking centre allows chefs to boil, pan fry, deep fry, braise, and stew simultaneously. Each pan base can be divided into up to four independent zones using iZoneControl. It allows multiple products to be cooked at different temperatures at the same time.
