The Hobart Profi AMXXL-VR/C Passthrough Dishwasher is a premium universal washer designed for busy commercial kitchens. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, aged care homes, small hospitals, caterers and other high-volume foodservice venues, this model is ideal for washing dishes, trays, pots, pans and oversized kitchenware. It washes up to 600 x 500mm racks, while the rack guide also supports smaller racks and upturned large items without a rack. Its high-performance 1.2kW wash pump and self-cleaning clip-in 4-blade wash and rinse arms help deliver consistent wash results across demanding daily use.

Featuring VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust air heat recovery and drain water heat recovery, the Hobart Profi Passthrough Dishwasher helps transfer heat from exhaust air and hot wastewater to the incoming cold water. This supports reduced energy consumption and lower operating costs. The VAPOSTOP-ER system is SEED approved for ventless installations in most situations, helping reduce the need for a third-party exhaust canopy. With 52, 75 and 180 second cycles, specialty cycles, low 1.8L per cycle water use, a soil sensor, insulated hood and GeniusX2 filtration, the AMXXL-VR/C supports efficient warewashing.
