The Hobart Profi AMXXL/C Passthrough Dishwasher is an extra large universal washer designed for busy commercial kitchens. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, aged care homes, small hospitals, caterers and high-volume foodservice venues, this model offers increased wash chamber capacity for larger items. With an additional 100mm of width and height in the wash chamber, it can wash up to 600 x 500mm racks, while the rack guide also supports smaller racks and upturned large items without a rack. This makes it a practical option for kitchens handling oversized trays, cookware and serviceware.

The high-performance 1.2kW wash pump, combined with self-cleaning clip-in 4-blade wash and rinse arms, delivers consistent wash results across demanding daily use. The dishwasher offers 52, 75 and 180 second cycles, along with specialty cycles to suit different washing requirements. Low 1.8L per cycle water consumption, a soil sensor and Hobart’s fully enclosed insulated hood help reduce water, energy and chemical use. GeniusX2 constant wash filtration keeps wash water cleaner for longer, while the guided end-of-day self-cleaning program and single sheet moulded tank support hygiene and easy maintenance.
