The drain water heat recovery system uses heat from 60°C wastewater to help warm incoming fresh water, reducing overall energy consumption and supporting lower running costs. The AUTO-HOOD LIFT function closes the hood at the press of a button, starts the wash cycle and opens automatically once the cycle is complete. This helps reduce repetitive manual handling and supports safer, more efficient workflows in high-volume kitchens.

Built for straight or corner installations, the Hobart Profi Passthrough Dishwasher AMX-RHL/C offers 60, 90 and 180 second cycles, along with specialty cycles to suit different wash requirements. Its low 1.8L per cycle water consumption, soil sensor and fully enclosed insulated hood help optimise water, energy and chemical use. The GeniusX2 filtration system keeps wash water cleaner for longer, while self-cleaning clip-in wash and rinse arms, a guided end-of-day cleaning program and a single sheet moulded tank support hygiene and easier maintenance. With VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls, Wi-Fi connectivity for HACCP data download and compatibility with the HOBART SmartConnect app, it delivers smart, efficient dishwashing performance.
