The Hobart Premax AUPL-HL/C Passthrough Dishwasher is an universal washer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, aged care homes, small hospitals, caterers and function centres, this model is ideal for washing larger dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils. With a wash chamber that is 100mm wider and 100mm higher than standard models, it can wash up to 600 x 500mm racks, while the rack guide also supports smaller racks and upturned large items without a rack. Automatic Soil Removal helps remove the need for manual pre-rinsing, allowing the machine to manage heavily soiled items and improve wash-up efficiency.

The Hobart Premax Passthrough Dishwasher also includes AUTO-HOOD LIFT, which closes the hood at the press of a button, activates the cycle and opens automatically once complete. This helps reduce repetitive manual handling and supports safer workflows in busy commercial kitchens. It features a premium 1.2kW wash pump, plus a second in-line 0.7kW wash pump for utensil and heavy-duty washing. With 52, 70 and 170 second cycles, low water consumption from 1.8L per cycle or 1.4L using VAPO-STEAM RINSE, GeniusX2 filtration, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls and Wi-Fi connectivity, this dishwasher delivers powerful and efficient professional warewashing.
