The Turbofan Prover & Holding Cabinet 735x810x660mm PM8 is a compact solution designed for bakeries, cafés, commercial kitchens and other foodservice operations. It can be used independently or paired with compatible Turbofan convection ovens to create an efficient baking system. The cabinet accommodates up to eight 460 x 660mm full-size sheet pans, sixteen 460 x 330mm half-size sheet pans, or eight 600mm or 400mm trays, with 76mm tray spacing. This flexible capacity makes it suitable for a wide range of proofing and holding applications.

A low-velocity circulation fan gently distributes warm air throughout the cabinet to support consistent conditions. Staff can easily select between Off, Prover and Hold modes using the control dial, while the mechanical thermostat provides a temperature range of 20°C to 85°C. Humidity level control and an automatic water-fill system help maintain the moisture required for effective dough proving. The Turbofan Prover & Holding Cabinet features a clear control panel indicators show when air heating and the humidity tank are operating, while the built-in cabinet thermometer allows quick temperature monitoring.
