With 12kW heating power and intuitive touchscreen controls, it delivers the performance and flexibility required for consistent batch cooking. The oven accommodates six 406x736mm trays or six 457x762mm trays, with 105mm tray spacing. A two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system helps circulate heated air evenly throughout the cooking chamber, supporting reliable baking, roasting and reheating results across every tray level.

Touchscreen controls provide access to both program and manual modes through an icon-driven interface. Multiple-stage cooking programs help simplify more complex recipes, while individual shelf controls and timers allow different products to be monitored independently.
