The Turbofan Convection Oven 945x762x512mm E27T3 is a versatile full-size tray oven for bakeries, cafés, restaurants and other commercial kitchens. Combining touchscreen controls with a bi-directional reversing fan system, it is built to support consistent cooking results across a wide range of baking, roasting and reheating. The oven accommodates three 460x660mm full-size sheet pans or three 600x400mm trays, with 85mm tray spacing. The reversing fan system promotes even heat circulation throughout the chamber, helping maintain consistent cooking conditions across each tray level.

Touchscreen controls provide access to an icon-driven program menu, while multi-stage programming allows more complex cooking processes to be set and repeated. Individual shelf timers make it easier to monitor different products at the same time, and a USB port allows program and icon updates when required. Steam injection, including manual injection, adds further flexibility for products that benefit from additional moisture. For everyday commercial use, the Turbofan Convection Oven also features a vitreous enamelled chamber, easy-clean door glass, Safe-Touch vented drop-down door and Stay-Cool handle.
