The Turbofan Combi Oven 777x835x942mm EC40M7 is a compact 7-tray electric direct steam oven designed for flexible cooking in commercial kitchens. With simple manual controls and three cooking modes, it gives operators an easy way to manage convection, steam and combination cooking across a wide range of menu items. The oven accommodates up to seven 600x400mm trays with 70mm tray spacing, offering practical capacity within a compact 777mm-wide footprint. Its 12kW heating system delivers reliable cooking performance, while automatic fan direction inversion helps distribute heat evenly throughout the chamber for consistent results across each tray level.

Electro-mechanical controls allow staff to set cooking time, temperature and operating mode without complex programming. Convection mode operates from 50°C to 260°C, steam mode from 50°C to 130°C and combi mode from 50°C to 260°C. A manual timer provides up to 120 minutes of cooking time. For easier maintenance, the Turbofan Combi Oven includes a rapid cool-down function, manual cleaning system and external hand shower. The double-glazed door features thermo-reflective tempered glass to support safer, more efficient operation.
