The Waldorf Gas Char Grill with Leg Stand CH8600GL-L is a heavy-duty grilling solution designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 600mm cooking width, low splashback design and open leg stand base, it delivers reliable performance for restaurants, hotels, pubs, catering operations and other high-volume foodservice environments. Powered by two 33MJ/hr stainless steel U-burners, the char grill provides strong, consistent heat for cooking steaks, burgers, seafood, vegetables and other grilled menu items. Reversible heavy-duty top grates offer added versatility, while their inclined position helps reduce flare-ups and improves grease run-off during cooking.

Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner supports safe operation, while lift-out grates, radiants and baffles make cleaning and routine maintenance more efficient. The stainless-steel exterior and robust construction are built to withstand regular use in commercial kitchens. The Waldorf Char Grill Gas can be positioned alongside compatible equipment to create an efficient and coordinated kitchen line.
