The Normann 5 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller ENTRY.5 delivers reliable blast chilling and freezing performance in a compact, practical design. With capacity for five trays and temperatures reaching as low as -40°C, it provides precise cooling while helping kitchens improve food safety, preparation efficiency and product consistency. A 4.3-inch touchscreen interface provides intuitive operation, with soft and hard blast chilling and freezing options alongside dedicated cycles for pre-cooling, fish sanitation, ice cream hardening, pastry processing and air defrosting. A built-in special cycle library supports consistent results, while each cycle can be customised by adjusting the chamber temperature to suit specific requirements. The internal core probe enables accurate temperature monitoring throughout operation.

The 73mm tray spacing promotes effective airflow, including when using 65mm-deep trays, helping deliver consistent cooling across the cabinet. R290 natural refrigerant supports efficient performance with reduced environmental impact. Designed for straightforward maintenance and everyday commercial use, the Normann 5 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller features rounded internal corners, high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation and a cataphoresis-treated evaporator for enhanced corrosion resistance. A reversible door, heated door perimeter and external condensate drip tray add practical convenience, while optional HACCP data download capability supports food safety monitoring and record keeping.
