The Williams Reach In Blast Chiller 20kg 707x804x1295mm WBCF20 is designed for commercial kitchens that need fast, controlled chilling and freezing while supporting food safety and product quality. With a 20kg capacity, it rapidly chills hot food from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or freezes from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. Williams AirSmart airflow technology distributes cold air evenly throughout the cabinet, helping reduce dehydration and maintain the texture, appearance, flavour and aroma of food. The WBCF20 also provides equal chilling and freezing capacities, allowing the full product load to be processed in either operating mode.

An easy-to-use 1-2-3 control panel provides access to hard, soft, store and core temperature probe-controlled cycles. An audible alarm indicates the end of the cycle, after which the unit automatically switches to 3°C storage mode when chilling. The Williams Reach In Blast Chiller features food-safe stainless steel inside and out, a self-closing door and 75mm high-density polyurethane insulation. It also uses natural hydrocarbon refrigerant and is engineered to operate efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
