The Normann Nortech 15 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller NAT.15 is a premium high-performance solution designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations and food production environments. With capacity for up to 15 trays, it combines advanced refrigeration components, optimised thermal flows and precise temperature control to support reliable chilling and freezing performance while helping reduce energy consumption. A large 7-inch touchscreen provides intuitive access to soft and hard blast chilling and freezing cycles, with dedicated programs for pre-cooling, fish sanitation, ice cream hardening, bottle cooling, pastry processing and air defrosting. A special cycle library with built-in recipes supports consistent results, while adjustable fan speeds provide greater control across different food types. An internal core probe enables accurate temperature monitoring throughout each cycle.

A 78mm tray spacing promotes effective airflow across all tray levels, supporting consistent cooling throughout the cabinet. R290 natural refrigerant further improves efficiency while reducing environmental impact. The Normann Nortech 15 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller features Wi-Fi and HACCP connectivity for data collection, plus an ozone sanitation connection for enhanced cabinet hygiene when used with an optional generator. Rounded internal corners, CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation and a cataphoresis-treated evaporator support hygiene and durability, while the magnetic front panel and large condenser filter simplify routine maintenance.
