The Normann 10 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller ENTRY.10 provides high-capacity blast chilling and freezing for commercial kitchens. Accommodating up to 10 trays and reaching temperatures as low as -40°C, it delivers precise cooling performance to support food safety, product quality and consistent kitchen workflows. The intuitive 4.3-inch touchscreen provides access to soft and hard blast chilling and freezing, alongside dedicated cycles for pre-cooling, fish sanitation, ice cream hardening, pastry processing and air defrosting. A special cycle library with built-in recipes helps standardise results, while individual cycles can be customised by adjusting chamber temperatures. An internal core probe enables accurate product temperature monitoring throughout each cycle.

The 73mm tray spacing supports effective airflow throughout the cabinet, including when using 65mm-deep trays. R290 natural refrigerant provides efficient cooling performance while reducing environmental impact. Built for demanding commercial environments, the Normann 10 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller features rounded internal corners for easier cleaning, high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation and a cataphoresis-treated evaporator for enhanced corrosion protection. A reversible door provides greater installation flexibility, while the heated door perimeter helps minimise condensation. An external condensate drip tray and optional HACCP data download capability further support practical operation, hygiene and food safety record keeping.
