The Turbofan Ventless Hood 815x848x340mm VH31 is designed for use with the Turbofan E31D4 Convection Oven, providing an extraction solution where a traditional canopy or ducted hood is not suitable. Its self-contained design helps simplify installation while supporting cleaner, more comfortable kitchen environments. A low-speed automatic two-speed extraction fan helps manage cooking vapour and air movement during operation. The hood uses a three-stage filtration system consisting of a removable grease baffle filter, removable mesh particle filter and replaceable charcoal odour filter to help capture grease, particles and cooking odours.

An integrated condensing heat exchanger helps reduce heat emissions, while the self-contained condensate collection pan removes the need for a connection to a waste drain. The Turbofan Ventless Hood is also interlocked with the oven for coordinated operation. A VHIK31 installation kit is supplied and requires mechanical and electrical field assembly to connect the hood to the compatible E31D4 oven. With its single-phase connection and compact design, the VH31 offers a convenient ventless solution for suitable commercial kitchen applications.
