The Sammic Potato Peeler has a 0-6 minute timer that allows staff to control each peeling cycle. The transparent BPA-free lid includes a locking safety device, and the aluminium discharge door features a hermetic seal for secure operation. For improved hygiene, waste is automatically directed to the drain, while the IP65 waterproof control panel provides added protection against moisture and splashes. The water inlet system also incorporates a non-return air break for safer operation.
