Built for everyday mixing tasks, it combines durable construction with flexible speed control to handle everything from cake batters and whipped cream to bread and pizza dough. The mixer features an 8-quart stainless steel bowl with a flour capacity of up to 2kg per batch, making it ideal for small and medium-volume production. Its all-metal gearing and die-cast aluminium body provide the strength needed for regular commercial use, while the tilt-head design allows easy access to the bowl and attachments.

A variable seven-speed dial lets operators adjust mixing speed as required, even while the machine is running. A pulse function adds further control for short bursts of mixing.
