The 7” capacitive touch screen provides intuitive one-touch operation. Its smart menu system can store unlimited recipes, with customisable settings entered manually or uploaded via USB. The TurboChef Eco Rapid Panini Oven uses vertically circulated air impingement with a patented top-launched microwave system and stirrer to help ensure even distribution of air and microwave energy. The integrated panini press mechanism includes anodised aluminium upper and lower griddle plates, delivering quality pressed results while also allowing the oven to cook non-pressed items.
