With an output of up to 3,000 pieces per hour, it is ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and other venues handling high volumes of cutlery. Built from stainless steel, the cutlery dyer features a stainless steel drying tank and a rounded, stainless steel-coated cutlery carousel that promotes smooth, gentle circulation during operation. A UVC germicidal lamp helps hygienically treat both the cutlery and polishing medium during the cycle.

The Sammic Cutlery Dryer & Polisher has an intuitive control panel provides clear visual and audible status indicators, including machine-ready alerts, heating element status, polishing product replacement and UVC lamp replacement. Probe-controlled temperature management helps maintain accurate and responsive heating performance, with an additional alert if the probe requires attention. After operation, an automatic drying cycle helps preserve the polishing product and extends its usable life.
