Bite Burgers is a new burger franchise opening its first store in Northbridge, Perth, with hopes to expand nationally. Serving smashed gourmet burgers, loaded sides & shakes, they pride themselves on using fresh ingredients, fostering comfort & local community & serving with purpose. 

The Challenge: 

As part of the project, we worked with Bite Burgers to develop cohesive and consistent branding across the business. Creating a consistent look & feel was an important step in preparing the business for future growth. 
With plans to open more locations in the future, Bite Burgers needed standardised equipment that’s easy to roll out across several venues. This would ensure that every new store operates with the same trusted equipment and has a consistent setup.

Reward Hospitality worked closely with the Bite Burgers team to ensure smooth and easy service delivery from start to finish. The project spanned three months from quotation to completion, with our team providing onsite consultation, equipment advice, custom branding solutions and ongoing account support to help set the business up for future growth.

To help understand Bite Burgers' requirements in greater detail, our Reward Hospitality team visited the site to discuss their vision for the venue and how the space would operate. This allowed us to recommend the right products, understand the kitchen layout and workflow, and provide tailored solutions that suited their business and future plans.

From uniforms and logos to custom printed takeaway packaging, we worked with Bite Burgers to develop consistent branding across the business. Establishing these branded assets from the first store provides a strong foundation for future locations, helping create a recognisable and consistent brand wherever Bite Burgers opens next.

Our equipment specialists worked with Bite Burgers to select commercial kitchen equipment that fit within their budget while also being reliable and easy to standardise across future locations. This gives the team confidence that every venue will be equipped to deliver the same quality food and customer experience. Once the equipment selection was finalised, Reward Hospitality supplied and delivered everything to site, with our team on site to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process.

Bite Burgers were looking for more than just equipment supply. They wanted an ongoing partner who could supply their tabletop & consumable products on an ongoing basis. The Reward Hospitality team set up an easy-to-use reordering portal that’s personalised with their regular products. With a dedicated account manager, account credit and quick access to the products they use every day, the team can easily replenish stock and keep operations running smoothly as they expand.
