Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, aged care homes, small hospitals, caterers and function centres, this model is built to handle demanding wash-up areas while helping minimise operating costs. It combines VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust air heat recovery with AUTO-HOOD LIFT technology. VAPOSTOP-ER helps recover exhaust heat to warm incoming water, reducing overall energy consumption, and is SEED approved for ventless installations in most situations. AUTO-HOOD LIFT closes the hood at the press of a button, activates the cycle and opens automatically once complete.

Automatic Soil Removal helps remove the need for manual pre-rinsing by managing heavily soiled items within the machine. For flexible performance, the Hobart Premax Passthrough Dishwasher features a premium 1.2kW wash pump with a second in-line 0.7kW wash pump for utensil and heavy-duty washing. Designed for straight or corner installations, it washes up to 500 x 500mm racks and offers 52, 70 and 170 second cycles, plus specialty cycles. Water consumption is as low as 1.8L per cycle as standard or 1.4L per cycle using VAPO-STEAM RINSE.
