The Washtech Passthrough Dishwasher 730x710x2010mm XPC is a high-performance warewashing solution for commercial kitchens. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and high-volume foodservice environments, it combines rapid wash cycles with energy-saving heat recovery technology. An integrated heat recovery unit captures energy from steam to preheat incoming water, helping improve efficiency while eliminating the need for a separate extraction canopy. With 1, 2 and 3-minute dishwashing cycles, it can wash up to 1,080 dishes per hour while using just 2.4L of cold water per cycle.

Washtech hybrid controls allow operators to switch easily to a higher-power rapid rinse recovery mode during peak service periods. A powerful 1HP wash pump supports consistent cleaning performance, while dual chemical pumps help streamline detergent and rinse aid dosing. The Washtech Passthrough Dishwasher features hands-free automatic drainage with a drain pump, heavy-duty stainless steel wash manifolds and scrap trays, plus stainless steel wash and drain filtration. Compatibility with 500mm racks and an adjustable 595-640mm bench gap provides added installation flexibility.
