It delivers rapid cooking, toasting, grilling, and reheating from both fresh and frozen. Powered by Merrychef's High Speed Technology®, it combines microwave energy, convection heat, and tuned impingement airflow to cook up to 20 times faster than conventional methods. The 7-inch HD glass touchscreen with easyTouch® 2.0 icon-driven controls makes operation intuitive, enabling fast staff training and consistent results across service.

Ventless operation is achieved via a built-in catalytic converter, eliminating the need for external extraction and allowing flexible placement. With Plug & Play installation on a single 15A power supply and robust stainless-steel construction, the MerryChef Connex Speed Oven is ideal for cafés, QSRs, convenience retail, and front-of-house foodservice.
