The Normann Nortech Plus 15 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller PLUS.15.RO is a high-capacity multifunction unit designed for demanding commercial kitchens, catering operations and food production environments. Combining powerful blast chilling and freezing with low-temperature cooking up to 85°C and controlled humidity, it supports a broad range of food preparation and temperature-controlled processes within one versatile unit. A large 7-inch touchscreen provides intuitive access to soft and hard blast chilling and freezing cycles, alongside dedicated programs for pre-cooling, fish sanitation, ice cream hardening, bottle cooling, pastry processing and air defrosting. A special cycle library with built-in recipes supports consistent results, while adjustable fan speeds and an internal multi-point core probe provide precise control across different products and applications.

A 78mm tray spacing promotes effective airflow across all 15 tray levels, helping maintain consistent temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. R290 natural refrigerant supports efficient operation with reduced environmental impact. The Normann Nortech Plus 15 Tray Reach In Blast Chiller features integrated ozone sanitation to support improved cabinet hygiene, plus Wi-Fi and HACCP connectivity for data collection. Rounded internal corners, CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation and a cataphoresis-treated evaporator support durability and easier cleaning, while the magnetic front panel and large condenser filter simplify routine maintenance.
